So whether you fancy being listened to in a ‘tea and chat’ style approach or you’d prefer more structured guidance, there is work we can do. We will highlight the areas of your life that are no longer serving you, finding ways to nurture and self-support to create a life that is deeply meaningful and fulfilling.
Self-care support is about you, for you. A helping hand to discover the gifts that life can offer you and an impartial ear to listen in moments of need. Sessions are 60 minutes long and will be held via Zoom.
